• Physical Therapist Assistant

Donna joined our team in 2024. She graduated from Becker Junior College in 1989 with an Associate’s in Physical Therapy. She advanced her education through numerous seminars on total joints, osteoporosis, kinesiotaping, and shoulder rehab. A native Cape Codder, she has practiced on the Cape for the past 36 years. She has worked in multiple settings including inpatient and outpatient hospital, rehab hospital, and home care, but the majority of her time has been spent in outpatient orthopedics. In her spare time, she volunteers for Faith Family Kitchen, feeding people experiencing food insecurity. She also enjoys camping with her husband and dogs

Career
Donna has worked in multiple settings including inpatient and outpatient hopsital, rehab hospital, and homecare, but the majority of her time has been spent in outpatient sports and orthopaedics.

Besides the orthopedic population, Dr. Graff has clinical interests in sports injury, lymphedema and fall prevention
