About Dr. O’Reilly
Dr. O’Reilly is the President and co-founder of NBD Healthcare Associates and it’s member clinic Barnstable Physical Therapy. Dr. O’Reilly has practiced on the Cape and Islands since graduating in 2008 with his doctorate in physical therapy.
Dr. O’Reilly is currently holds a board certification in orthopaedics and fellowship trained in orthopedic manual physical therapy as well. This prestigious standing is limited to less than 1% of all Physical Therapists. A lover of learning Dr. O’Reilly has achieved certified status in various sub specialties including but not limited to, dry needling, concussion management, and Titleist golf medical provider.
In addition to working in the clinical setting Dr. O’Reilly holds a clinical lecturer position at Northeastern University in the spine program. He has authored a book chapter on foot and ankle interventions of the older adult and had his research presented both nationally and internationally.
A native of Cape Cod, Dr. O’Reilly has a love for this community that brought him back after schooling and has cemented him here ever since. When not caring for the residents of the Cape and Islands he can be found enjoying time with his Wife and Three Sons.

About Dr. Rutfield
Dr. Rutfield graduated in 2020 from Northeastern University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Originally from Andover, MA, Dr. Rutfield has spent almost every summer on Cape since she was young and currently resides in West Yarmouth MA. She decided to pursue Physical therapy as a profession after rehabbing form multiple sports injuries during her youth and collegiate gymnastics career. Dr. Rutfield started as an intern with Barnstable Physical Therapy excelling in the orthopaedic setting in 2019. We are excited to have her apart of the team once again. When She is not in the clinic, she can be found walking her dog, eating ice cream, or reading on the beach.

About Dr. DiPirro
Dr. DiPirro is a Cape Cod native, excited to serve her community to restore movement and function across all lifespans. She graduated with the Ruth E. Jones Award for ‘Excellence in Physical Therapy’ from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at the University of Rhode Island. She has been treating in outpatient physical therapy since 2019, with certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Pelvic Floor Examination. Her passions lie in treating women’s and men’s health, including pre- and postpartum, urinary and bowel dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction. She strives to treat the whole person through a holistic perspective of myofascial, neural and visceral interactions.
Outside of the clinic She can be found on the beach playing volleyball with some of New England’s top competitors.
